And thus begins our journey with the ill-fated 'Romeo and Juliet' - one of Shakespeare's most heartbreaking and devastating tragedies.
Below you'll find a series of resources to help with teaching 'Romeo and Juliet', mainly aimed at secondary age and above. Resources: 'Romeo and Juliet' Act by Act Worksheet - available on the TES as a premium resource, this bumper 15 page workbook zooms in on key elements of the play, allowing exploration, analysis and consideration of key authorial methods. In my opinion one of Shakespeare's best tragedies, the story of 'Macbeth' is one that most pupils are taught at some point in their academic career. Find below a series of resources to aid with the teaching of 'Macbeth', from start to finish and everywhere in-between. Once again, let me know of any requests or comments - all are welcomed! Resources Available: Sequencing the Play - from start to finish, including blanks to fill in, and quotations to act as an aide memoire. Macbeth Character Analysis worksheets - follow the link for this premium resource, analysing Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Macduff, Banquo, Malcolm, Duncan and the Witches.
I will be updating this page regularly with new resources for the play 'Henry V' - and I shall take to the breach to try and make Shakespeare accessible for all learners and easier to teach for all teachers in doing so! Resources are also available on my TES homepage. Enjoy and let me know how they go down! Resources Available: Act One Card Sort - Checking core knowledge of the first Act with some handy quotes to learn along the way. Act Four - Exploring Henry as a man, rather than just as a leader/king.
